Well customer service does not exist. I email 3x support no response. I try to call 3x voice recording tells you write email to support. Get a respones we will contact you but no ones never responds. The bp works but very inaccurate by 20/ 10 pts example 132/79 get 152/ 89 over. That is very important to me sad

I just received my Delta Pro watch last week and I can’t even get txt msgs on it, I’ve emailed the company over 7 times and no response the phone number just says they can’t take calls at this time and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is.

Ordered the Alpha Pro package which consisted of several bands and 2 chargers. The watch is bulky and doesn't appear to be of good quality. Also one of the chargers wouldn't work. I had to send them a video of it not working. They said they would send me another. Never received it. The watch is just above junk. The company is junk. My first and last purchase. 11/2/23 It's been almost 2 months. Still no charger. They've told me twice that it would be sent. ALL LIES.

YOU CAN BUY THE SAME EXCAT WATCH ON AMAZON FOR $79,00 AND RIGHT NOW THEY GIVE TOU 50% OF SO I GOT THE SAME WATCH ON AMAZON FOR ONLY $40.00 SO I finally got my refund but they charged me $13.95 because they said i didn't return a screen saver which is not true. I took a photo of everything before i put it in the box and they said they didn't get it. its not a lot of money but it the principle of it. I did put the screen saver in in the box. Maybe the $13.95 is enough to cover the cost of they pay for the watch so thy try to keep the $13.95. It just not right when I did return EVERYTHING !

I am disapointed in the watch, for a $100+ watch it's not complete trash but it's not better then the $59 watch I had, the battery life is trash, I have to charge this watch every couple of days, my $59 watch lasted a weak or long with the charge. I also cannot get the notifications to work on the watch from my phone.
