Alpha WatchReviews of alpha-watch.com

alpha gear is a scam company with china made junk watches! I purchased a watch and it was 50 percent off of the regular price of 110 so i dont have alot of money invested and its a good thing because they never shipped the watch until 6 days after purchasing it and then it finally arrives 11 days later and only to find out they shipped the wrong watch now i will be honest and say the watch that they sent me looked pretty nice but you can tell the way it feels that its cheap and has no weight to it and im still trying to get ahold of customer support via emails and land line crickets! just a little tip they wont answer the phone!

I’d put negative if I could, customer service sucks, watch can’t even be used in the ocean. Still waiting on refund.

Within 10 day's of wearing watch while on vacation, a knob fell off, the watch began to vibrate constantly as well as shut itself off and on. The screen is "pixled" and can not use any function on the watch. I've made numerous calls to their business num er during business hours and no one ever answers the phone and the mailbox is full. When prompted to leave an SMS message, I do, no response, ever. No response from customer service emails either. This business is despicable and a perfect example of what is rampant in this country today. Save your money.

STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! PURCHASED THE BRAVO WATCH!! NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS WITH THE WATCH AND IT DOES NOT WORK!!! AWAYS FREEZING UP!!! STAY AWAY!!!

A total waste of money!!! I got the Delta sport watch and it's only worked for a half a day, which was this morning. I've had it on the charger all afternoon and it simply won't turn on. 🙃 I'm trying to get them to give me return information for a refund and am getting a runaround. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I purchased the Sport watch only to find out that it actually does not connect to an iPhone and relay text messages. I tried unsuccessfully to return it for weeks and was always given the runaround, asked to record a video of the watch multiple times. I just wanted to apply the funds to a new watch and still I have purchased the Raptor, it too does not provide text messages. Seems like this folks use some selective wording on their marketing ploys. These watches are not what they are cracked up to be and their return policy and communication is a joke.

This company does not support what they sell. Their watches have NO WARRANTY. They will only replace defective watches within 30 days of purchase. I bought two Bravo watches. After only 2 months the display went out on one. When I contacted customer support, the only thing they offered was a discount on a new watch. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY!

First of all the standard 2-5 days shipping is a lie. They tried making excuses blaming the USPS as the reason, but it was a lie, they said USPS probably didn't scan it, total lie cause it took them 3 days until the processed the order and sent it out. Then there the watch not charging, and the tried troubleshooting it with me. Then when I asked for a return label to return the watch they stopped answering my emails all together. STAY AWAY FROM ALPHAGEAR WATCHES, OR ALPHASTRONG WATCHES. TOTAL SCUMBAG COMPANY ALSO THEY ARE ON BBB FOR SAME SORT OF STUFF! ***BEWARE***
