This has been the worst smart watch I have ever purchased. I fell and landed on my watch and broke one of the pins. It does still works and pin holds. The watch cannot take a 300lb male falling on it. Now the watch with half the energy goes blank. I have to recharge the watch after energy shuts down. I will never buy this watch again or any type of watch like this.

WARNING TO CONSUMERS!!!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!The quality and functionality of this watch is equal to a $20 smart watch from amazon.My Bravo watch lasted 6 days.these watches are advertised as strong and durable but when you get it you are instructed to avoid everything including getting it wet!!!!no customer service!!! They play off the whole "america" "military " theme and its a disgrace DO NOT BE FOOLED.

Company doesn't stand behind their product. My watch stopped working after a charge and they don't offer a replacement after two weeks. So, they expect that their watch will last 2 weeks at the most. Mine died in less than 90 days. What a waste of money. They offered me a $45 dollar replacement. So they are saying their watch is worth $45, but they charge $100 most models.

I purchase the Raptor watch in August 05 2023. The wrist band has came apart multiple times. It needs bigger pins that go through the lock hasp and band. I have had issues with the touch screen. It won’t response to the touch. They advertise it’s an unbreakable screen.

Bravo watch did not have functions as advertised. Nor did it have the watch face as advertised. That was one reason I bought the watch. Contacted them and they told me watch does have these functions: barometric pressure, compass, altitude. Asked them where to find these options and sent them screen shots. They didn't tell me.They stopped responding to me. Will contact PayPal to see if I can get refund. Reading the reviews I wish there were a class action suit. Everyone have a great day.

Battery doesn't last 3 weeks as advertised, blocked me on Facebook for stating that. Customer service is asking for a video of the battery dying to get my money back.

I bought the Alpha Gear Delta Pro and it's by far the worst watch I have ever tried to wear. The only thing that somewhat functions properly is the watch band and it's Walmart grade. Terrible investment!!!!

This company should be shut down! I don't even have my watch 3 months and it broke! They tell me it's out of warranty! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!
