Well, wish I found these reviews before paying $125 for a raptor watch. After one month, the band broke off. I emailed customer service and they offered a replacement. I then asked for a refund because it was clearly not durable enough, and I have got nothing back. Looks like I just threw away my money like the rest of y'all.

Absolute garbage and NO RESPONSE for a return. Basically threw $100 in the garbage can. Goes to show that all the reviews on their site are fake.

I ordered the product from Alpha Match on Dec. 15 2023, it was delivered to NJ while the address clearly stated NY. What is shocking is how the customer support team handled the issue, they blatantly refused to assist me!! Their response “We don’t handle deliveries”. It’s a Shame!!!! I lost my watch and my $119!! Keep off ….

Absolute garbage product and service to match. The interface is suitable for a toddler. I paid for the shipping to return it and followed instructions provided by the company. That was almost 3 weeks ago, no refund. This is a scam, don’t fall for it like I did.

Would like to leave zero stars. I wasted money giving my husband a gift that worked for less than a month! I can’t get anyone to respond to my emails or DM’s. I hate that my husband was so excited about this watch only to have it not work & I don’t have the ability to get him something different now.

Complete GARBAGE. DO JOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I pirchased the Raptor Pro on the release date 11/24/23. When the watch arrived it was broken. The side function button was snapped out of the casing making the watch pretty much useless. No water resistance and no functions. I have been trying to contact customer service for 6 days and they are completely nonexistent. I have sent emails, chats, and phone calls. NOTHING. They are a predatory company that target law enforcement and military. All of their online reviews are paid for. Don’t waste your time or your money on this piece of trash. Maybe if they had a customer service they would be able to salvage something. I hope one day they need the people they prey on and they are “currently unavailable at the moment”

I purchased the Delta watch and in less than 90 days my charger melted. No manufacturer warranty and I had to purchase a new one otherwiseI had no way to charge it. Will never recommend this company or product to anyone else.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is REALLY USELESS. They CANNOT provide any SOLUTIONS at ALL. Bought the back in September 2023. They hide provide their screens. COMPLETELY AWFUL.
