Horrible company. Do not buy. Won't return emails or answer phone calls. I've been trying to return watches for 2 weeks & can't get in contact with anyone.

Recently bought a Raptor pro watch from Alpha Gear. Although the watch performs as advertised, there are many vendor options on TikTok that sell the same exact model for $20-30 bucks versus $139.95 from Alpha Gear. Alpha Gear has a good business model of selling over priced watches.

Watch broke immediately and no response to email or phone calls

I would give them zero stars but not possible. This is a piece of junk. I bought for my husband as a gift. About a month in the pin that holds that watch band to face falls out. So he's not able to wear. The screen starts going crazy and not working. It's a scam!! Don't buy. I reported it and they won't even reply. No refund or replacement. Very disappointed!

Bought a Watch from Alpha Gear since I wanted something to keep an eye on my blood pressure. The blood pressure reading is very inaccurate. I tried my home monitor and the watch was off by alot. One reading said my blood pressure was 117/78 and my home monitor read 130/82. I tried it several times and readings on the watch were all over the place and completely inaccurate.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never posted a negative review on line before. This company intentionally ignores your emails and will only let you leave a voice mail that they do not return. The watch came to me not working from day one. Have emailed nine times and called twice. I asked for a return process and to get my money back. They have given me no information. I have to call this a scam company as I do not know what else to call this. Buy your watches somewhere else.

Another dissatisfied customer here. Wore my Delta watch to the gym and was surprised to find that it tracked ZERO steps on either the elliptical machine or recumbent bike. Apparently it looks for a swinging motion, not the more linear motions on either of these machines. I've emailed customer service twice with no response - looks like I'll be contesting the charge with PayPal and going back to my Fitbit that works flawlessly. I've learned my lesson about stuff that pops up in my IG feed...

I have tried 12 phone calls and 6 emails to no avail. One week into it and watch is dead and will not charge. This is a very common thing with these I am finding out. There is absolutely no customer service. Do not buy these under any circumstances!
