Hard to pair contacts and text messages. Was on a call and the watch wouldn’t let me back of out the call to do other activities on the watch. I gave up.

I got the raptor pro for Xmas. Worked for a month. Started to malfunction and I reached out to the company. Three emails, instagram message, and ttwo phone messages and no response. All of these reviews are correct, piece of junk, no customer service and scam company.

Piece of junk don’t waste your money. Company isn’t a company it’s a scam. Watches don’t work no customer service. No one to call only text and they just don’t care. Say it’s past the 30 days but 3 weeks is the delivery and there done with the customer. They have other company scams too selling other crap products. They should be in jail. They are scammers!!

Bought two watches in the past month or so, one for my son, one for me. His worked for exactly 2wks before the display went blank and won't come back on. Mine is wonky as heck. Sometimes comes on sometimes doesn't. I'm constantly having to reset it. I guess it's water proof but any time water touches the display it starts freaking out, once even placing multiple calls when I was in there shower. Customer service is non existent. I'm about to send them back and dispute the charges on my CC. Find an alternative because these are not all that.

I purchased the Bravo- with compass, altimeter, etc. readings are WAY OFF - altimeter shows MINUS 1275' when i live at 2960'. Support is no help for calibration or resetting. All marketing - no support. Stay away

Watch quite in the first few weeks.Customer service won’t return calls!,,DO NOT Buy !!! Scam!

I purchased this watch as a gift. Not only did it really not fit my husband's wrist I don't think he really liked the watch. So I've been trying to get ahold of their customer service, which has taken weeks and now they don't do returns because of a fit. I am disgusted by this company's lack of customer service and returns.

The blood pressure is off by 30 points. I emailed alpha gear with no responses. I will not buy another Alpha gear watch.
