I initially loved my watch, the Juliet. However, within 2 months my touchscreen no longer worked. I am so disappointed and the refund policy is ridiculous. There is no way a watch should stop working properly in 2 months. I have attempted to reach customer twice with no reponse.

Ordered the Delta pro and it worked great for three days .. I contacted them . No refunds even tho the web sites says it. What a scam. Won't reply to emails never answer the phone ect. Dooooo not buy from them. I filed with BBB .

***** Let me warn you, it will cost you money to do business with them*** I ordered a watch, it came in defective, I notified them within the return period and sent pictures of the watch they approved the refund but I have to pay shipping to return there defective watch***** will not do business with a company that does not stand by their product

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They do not honor their return policy. They will NEVER answer the phone number provided, and they will not return your emails, i have sent them several. BEWARE of this company, they are a shady bunch.

Raptor Pro, completely quit at 13 days, I'm in contact with Alpha Gear, so will see what happens. All hyped up junk. Don't even bother.

Seemed like a cool watch for a bit but, now after, not even a year later, charger is not charging properly and it’s losing time! Can’t even tell the time properly! How can I trust the rest of the information?

Piece of junk arrived with a dead battery won't set keeps shutting off. Don't waste your money return policy is horrible and customer service even worse. Don't buy this Chinese made piece of Junk!

The Steps were off by several Thousand steps daily. The battery loses 9% per day. The Sleep Chart does NOT WORK at all. The Green Laser underneath the watch is so bright that the flickering wakes you up. I have done everything the Company asked for. I wore the damn thing for another week stopping every hour to Video my Fitbit, pedometer and the Alpha. The other 2 devices were always within a few hundred Steps. I sent all the Videos that they demanded.that was almost 2 months ago. 5/25/2025. DONT BUY ANY WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY. Truly the WORST purchase and experience I have had. Clearly, the money back guarantee is BS. Buy a Timex. I'm out $100.00 plus aggrevation. Don't, don't, don't. Terrible company and worst customer disservice I have seen. If I had the time I'd wri100 pages of why their products suck. Learn from my mistakes. I bought another Fitbit. I plan to post this as often as I can. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.
