Great people to work with. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Delighted by each and every item I received from the store. Super fast shipping. I will be back for more. Thank you.

High quality items, super fast international shipping with great service, thanks.

I have purchased numerous items from this platform and its sister website Alpacacollections. They carry high quality alpaca products of various brands including premium brands like KUNA, ANNTARAH and others. Their prices are very reasonable and the shipping is super fast. They have an outstanding customer service team who cares and stands for their customers. Of all the items I purchased, there was only one minor issue with a specific item which was mislabeled on the website. So I contacted customer service. Shoutout to Ms. Alejandra Moreno and the rest of the CS team, the issue was promptly addressed and resolved. Their dedication and professionalism have won my trust to continue to be a loyal customer of their company. If you want beautiful and premium quality alpaca products at very reasonable prices, look no further. Alpaca outlets and alpaca collections are your trusted suppliers!!!
