When tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, carriers classify the shipment as completed. During the Christmas season, carriers faced extreme volume overload, which caused delays in certain distribution hubs, including New York. November and December shipments were heavily impacted by carrier congestion during the holiday rush, which caused extended transit times for some orders.
