One of the Worst Companies in Terms of Work Culture and Employee Treatment! Honestly, this company needs to seriously improve its work culture. The employee experience, work pressure, and lack of work-life balance are extremely disappointing. The company claims to have a 6-day working schedule with one Sunday off, but the reality is different, especially for employees working in sales. If you are in sales, even your Sundays and national holidays are not guaranteed. Employees are told to compensate for holidays by working on Sundays. For example, if a festival holiday falls on a Monday or another working day, employees may be asked to work on Sunday to compensate for it. Seriously, don't employees have families and a personal life? The worst part is the pressure on employees to achieve sales targets. If someone is struggling with performance or has achieved only 2–3 sales, their salary may reportedly be put on hold, and after making them work throughout the month, they may be asked to resign on the 30th. Is this how employees should be treated? People work hard for an entire month, and their salary is not something the company should use as a tool to pressure them. The official working hours are supposedly 10:30 AM to 8 PM, but in reality, employees can end up working until 10 or 11 PM because of constant pressure to convert customers and close loans. Employees are made to feel that if they don't close a customer immediately, the customer will leave. Even customers are pushed to make decisions without being given proper time. The daily KRA requirements are another major concern. Employees are expected to make around 165–175 calls and maintain two hours of talk time. If these requirements are not met, salary deductions become a concern. Instead of focusing on quality sales, employee development, and realistic expectations, the entire environment seems to revolve around numbers and pressure. The morning huddles conducted by managers Palash and Mahima are also a concern. Instead of motivating employees and helping them improve, the communication can make employees feel threatened about losing their jobs if they fail to meet expectations. Even when an employee is unwell and needs leave, asking for time off can become stressful. Ravi Gupta, if this is the work culture being promoted in your company, then it seriously needs to be reconsidered. Employees are human beings, not machines. They have families, health concerns, responsibilities, and a personal life outside work. Working from 10 AM until 11 PM under constant pressure is not a healthy or sustainable work environment. I have worked in the EdTech industry myself, and I understand sales pressure, targets, and performance expectations. But there is a difference between maintaining accountability and creating an environment where employees feel constantly stressed and insecure about their jobs and salaries. I am not writing this review because I personally work here. My husband works in the sales department, and seeing the kind of pressure, extended working hours, and lack of work-life balance he experiences is genuinely frustrating. **My message to the management is simple:** Please improve your work culture. Maintain reasonable working hours, respect weekly offs and national holidays, establish transparent salary policies, and treat employees with dignity. Sales targets are important, but employee well-being matters too. A company cannot expect employees to give their entire lives to work while leaving them with no time for their families, health, or self-care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes genuine improvements instead of ignoring employee concerns. A better work culture benefits both employees and the company in the long run.
