Waste of my time and money
I asked and was told I was receiving and paid for a service manual. What I was sent was a user manual. Waste of my time and money.

I paid over $850.00 for this stove and…
I paid over $850.00 for this stove and then find out it has no operators manual you have to pay $20.00 to down load it.What kind of crap is this.

Send my manual.
Send my manual. I have checked the spam folder on several occasions and the manual nor a link to the manual has not appeared. I have entered a disputed charge with my credit card bank. I received the manual unfortunately it is the technical manual, not the user manual.

INSTALL GUIDE
The product is only an install booklet, not a manual showing the dials, explaining what they do and general inFO suckh as that.

I thought your manual would give me…
I thought your manual would give me more detail. It did not. The manual you sent me is the same as I have already downloaded from the manufacturer's web page. Thanks Allusermanuals. $10 thrown away

Reversed review - received a refund - Great Customer Service
The manual print was so light that I could not even read it. It was useless. The only thing that was dark was the photo of the turntable on the front cover. I asked for a refund and as of today 7/4/24 I have not received it. I paid $9.99 for this useless manual. 7/4/24 - I received a full refund and offered a 50% discount on next order. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
