Got the manual I needed. It wasn't available at the time I ordered but was told I would be notified when it was. I got an e-mail with a .pdf of the manual, about 24 hrs after I ordered.

This sight was so easy to use even for elderly. I requested a manual for my tv and received it within a few hours. I had spent weeks online trying to find one even going to the Sony website without success. I couldn’t believe they found it and so quickly. It was worth every penny!

I had received an email stating the manual was ready for downloading but I couldn't find the email with the link. I emailed All user manuals and I got a resonance within minuets with the link! Awesome company!
