From the initial point of contact with Michele to schedule an estimate for a new heating and cooling system, to Dale performing and discussing and explaining the estimate in detail to me, to Mike and his team completing the installation, to the follow-up after the installation with Dale and then Jeff, it was without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences my husband and I have ever had. Every member of the team was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, skilled and extremely helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. Our biggest fear was mastering the new digital thermastatic system and thanks to Dale and Mike we feel very comfortable operating it. It is also very reassuring to know that Alltemp is just a phone call away and very willing to answer any of our questions or accommodate any additional service requests which may arise.
