Worse company ever. They told me wrong information over and over again and now I have to pay back $29 grand to ssdi. Don't use this company and make sure you load your paystubs to social security website because they never send them in like they are supposed to. I was never told that you have to watch your hours if there is 3 pay periods that month, because of that ,I went over the allotted amount and now they expect me to pay a year and half back. This company sucks.

If I could give them a 0 , I would. I enrolled in the Ticket to Work program. They told me I could work full time and make as much money as possible for 9 months and Social Security wouldn't touch my Disability check. Ryan Welter was my caseworker who never checked my eligibility. I wasn't eligible for the program so they stopped my check in July of 2025. Allsup does nothing but collect pay stubs to send to Social Security which I was already doing. It is now April. I still don't have benefits. Apparently Social Security has has my paperwork since July 11th, 2025 and Mr. Hall from Social Security didn't send it to the decision department until last month!!!!! Thanks to Allsup I'm still not getting my benefits and I can't see my doctors, have my tests done. I'm in poor health and this is really taking its toll on me

They rope you in to take away your benefits,there were things that we never discussed and i never said,so now im screwed,the SS picks up from there,surprised theyre coming after me at 62,worked 38 +years.

Almost a year ago I contacted Allsup Employment Services. I talked with a recruiter who told me that they would be able to get me a job from home making over 30k a year. The recruiter convinced me to unenroll from my local vocation rehabilitation which I did. Since then? Nothing. Emails asking me if I need anything when they never even delivered what was promised. I constantly reiterated my needs and it wasn't until Friday Aug 15th 2025 that I learned the truth. When I finally confronted them about this they listed how they were able to help and it was nothing like their recruiter promised. Now my social security disability and my home and my whole life is in jeopardy. This place is predatory and only offers coaching for people who are already able enough for coaching to be beneficial. Basically they can only help those who can help themselves which is not me. I'm in a worse place for having trusted AES.

Just awful! They make believe that they are trying to contact you, but it is 99% impossible to reach anyone via telephone, email, or chat. My advice, stay far away. And, look at all the boiler plate, uncaring responses from them on this thread. I am going to go somewhere else, having wasted over a month of my time with absolutely nothing to show for it! What an unprofessional, irresponsible "agency"...

Lack of knowledge when it comes to services and time frame

I HAVE BEEN CALLING ANNA AND NOT GETTING A CALL BACK. I WAS ADVISED THAT ANNA WAS SCHEDULED TO ME BACK LAST MONDAY AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER YET.

I guess this company is not able to help everyone the way the company professes to be able to, nor the way all the raving good reviews say they were helped by this company. My experience was completely the opposite, and totally unsuccessful for me. Good luck to anyone else who might cross this path on their journey too!
