Hi Claudia, On behalf of the AllStickerprinting family, please accept our sincerest apology for this unpleasant experience. It is never our intention to provide this kind of service and product. Upon checking on your concerns, we believe our team has explained everything thru email regarding the cutting which you agreed to when you approved the final proof for printing. We have offered an alternative option and provided you a discount, however, as per our explanation in the email the price is more expensive since it's a different material and we offered the best discount we can to you. We appreciate you bringing this distressing situation to our attention. We don’t want this to happen again, rest assure we will do quality checking soonest with our previous clients to check if there's something that needs to be fixed, for the betterment of our service. Anyhow, we are always open to you in case you change your mind and we assure you next time to provide a better service for you. Feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions. Sincerely, AllStickerPrinting
