Poor product! Poor customer service!
I ordered a stack of custom stickers and was displeased with the product provided. I wanted die cut stickers in the shape of my logo, and got rectangle sized stickers. Besides not being what I wanted, the quality of the sticker felt flimsy, thin and cheap. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn’t do anything to satisfy my order. They claimed they gave me what I ordered, and despite the poor quality of material, they refused to make it right. I’m out $50 and stuck with a handful of junk stickers I’ll never use. Don’t waste your money! Poor product, poor customer service, poor satisfaction!!

As much as we felt sorry about this unfortunate case, we would need to stress again that we were able to provide the order based on the specs you provided, Die Cut Square Corner. We are transparent to all our clients and do send digital proof even though their order is under the ASAP option we gave 24hrs in case our clients need to make changes to the order they could do so. No instruction nor amendment was requested after 24hrs hence, we take this as approval to process the printing. With regard to the material, our Standard Vinyl material is one of our cost-efficient and popular vinyl sticker materials. Most of our clients do request a sample pack so they could check & see our material which they could select what suits best for their usage & purpose. We are still open to our offer which is a discounted price should you wish to proceed with our recommended material, supply, and shape you wish.
