I hired this company to take me to a dinner reservation in Edgewater. Absolutely worst experience in my life.He drove us all the way into Paterson and we drove around in Paterson for an hour. I missed my 5 o’clock dinner reservation. The driver did not even speak English. We physically took his phone and put the address of the restaurant in his phone. Then I called and made a second reservation for dinner. All of a sudden we’re heading back to my house because he was fumbling around with the GPS and we missed the second reservation. Now we absolutely miss dinner because there’s no more reservations. So I paid $1000 for a clueless driver who drove us around for two hours and we did not make it to our destination. No customer service do you think the company would apologize? Two hours of aimlessly driving around for $1000.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I told them I needed a party bus for 30-35 people for Prom. They sent me pictures, assured me that the 30 person bus will easily fit up to 35. They said there would be lights, music and waters. What I got was a bus that was not the same as pictured. The inside seating was very crowded for 33. They had a small cooler of waters - maybe 8 waters - for 33 people. The music didn't work - so the ride was quiet. The air conditioning didn't work - so the kids were hot. I asked the driver not to leave early without contacting me - she left early. Overall I could not have been more disappointed and I tried to resolve with the company but they refused to give me any portion of a refund. Do NOT use this company.

Terrible Experience with this Company Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Limousine company All stars Worldwide. The limousine was scheduled to be at our friend’s house by 10am, for a special event, excepting punctuality and professionalism. Despite booking well in advance and confirming, the driver showed up one hour late. This tardiness caused immense stress and inconvenience. Overall my experience with All Stars Worldwide was very disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using their services. They are unreliable and unprofessional company. Helia
