Unfortunately, my experience with All Star Elite has been very disappointing. I ordered an item met the criteria to exchange for a different size, but I still have not received my replacement item or a meaningful update regarding the status of my order. My return was reportedly processed on July 6, and the returned package was delivered to the company on July 10. I was later informed that my exchange had been escalated to the support team and that someone would contact me with an update. However, I am still waiting. At this point, I have paid for an item that I have not received, and the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. I understand that delays can happen, but customers should not have to repeatedly reach out just to get basic information about an order. I am hoping All Star Elite will address this situation and provide either my replacement item or a full refund. I would simply like this matter resolved..

I really enjoyed this store as a first time customer. It has a lot of variety for my family. The staff were really friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.
