We ordered, as advised, a piece of equipment. I cost us $40 to ship it here. It was the wrong size. According to their 'excellent customer service' we can return it with an IMPORTANT box, no just any box, their box AND pay the $40 to have it shipped back. It was a $90 part. I would not buy from these people again. They have no idea what 'customer service' means. The all important BOX was recycled and now we have no means of returning, even for the measly $10 we would reap. Be very careful. These people might be great with large volumes but they do not give a crap about individual buyers

We bought a gate-opener with other needed equipment for over 4K. Now, we ordered also 2 code key pads to open the gate, one for inside and one for outside. The one outside works fine but the one inside does not. First I called the manufacturer but they told me I need to call the Seller, which is Allsecurityequipment. So I called them and I am not joking, I tried at least for 2 hours to make that key pad work before I started calling, now the tech support answered and told me exactly what to do (which was what I did for 2 hours) but it worked with the first try. I thought heck... anyway it worked for exactly 2 times punching in the code then not working again, so I called Allsecurityequipment again but this time the warranty department so I can send it back and get an new one. I left a Voicemail with this Warranty Manager, 3 weeks ago! I thought maybe this is a great company and the key pad is already on its way. WRONG! That guy just ignored it! Well I do not, so I called again and a woman told me that he is probably out if I want to leave a message I told her that I am not surprised that his is away from his desk again and it seams that he is never there when I call, or he is never there when someone calls about warranty, who knows?! I told her to let him know my issue and he should call me. Well do you think he called? Of course not, he wrote an email saying that I need a case number from the manufacturer in order to process a warranty claim, the same manufacturer that told me to call the seller for tech support so how do I get a case number! I smell that Allsecurityequipment do not want to honer any warranty! Yes it is correct that everything went smooth until I had a warranty claim, and that was the point they showed there real face! The amazing thing is that we were not finished with building and we will need at least 2 more gate/door openers but they certainly will not come from them! Thank you for showing your real face before we ordered more from you guys.

I placed an order and according to the website I am in the 4 day delivery range. 8 days after ordering it finally shipped with an estimated deliver in another 13 days. That’s 3 weeks!! I had already lined up a contractor and had to pay for rescheduling. Worst part is the only way I found out all this was by calling and calling to finally reach a human. Terrible communication, false advertising on the shipping and super frustrated.
