If an item is back ordered it should say so on the website. Waiting a month for part of an order is unacceptable.

I was told the part shipped and I should have received and email with tracking. When I searched my email and couldn’t find any tracking. I emailed back. This time I was told the order was prepped for shipment but hadn’t shipped. Seems like the order I desperately need was just hanging in the warehouse. An increase of communication and shipping speed could be improved. I could have used Amazon and already had the part.

Ordered some heavy-duty gate hinges. One week went by and heard nothing. Order was confirmed but no movement. Called for an update. Was told I'd see a message very shortly with a status update and a shipping date. Two days went by and still nothing. Tried to cancel online, but there is no message stating if it happened or not. Had to call and make sure, they seem annoyed that I called. This is not a real business.

This remote does not have the range as the older models. It works from a close distance only

The gate openers are fine all works well, the customer service is a bit of a joke and the online ordering system is not set up well. You never sent the 2 visor mounted controllers and then argued with me about how I never ordered them and that it is now too softly to send them? I will unfortunately be send folks some where else to purchase this type of equipment. Lorne Maccallum
