Easy to navigate website
Easy to navigate website. I would have chosen 5 stars but the order for: ASE Delivery Guarantee × 1 2000-2199.99 was placed without me choosing it. I would like to have that item cancelled and $58.80 credited to my account.

I have had the cp-4 before. It lasted 3 years. Started to open the gate randomly. Was getting triggered about every 4 to 6 seconds for no reason. Will give the second one a try.

Part Refunded
It was going to take longer than anticipated to get our part. We canceled the order and requested a full refund. They listened and refunded the full amount back on my card. No stress.

Was fine
Was fine. Had a problem getting it ti work. Hooked up wires, would not engage. Eventually figured it out. Red wire pin was corroded. Would have been easier with directions telling me that the old connector comes off. Wasn't sure if it was soldered on or not.

Barrier Arm
You had item I wanted in stock. Shipping was quick.The only thing I had problems with was not being able to talk to a representative. I called 3 times and each time I was transferred to two places. No one never answer the phone.

Site was easy to use/shipping woes
Site was easy to use. Prices are fair. Very glad to find the relay we needed. I would give a whole 5 star but we didn't like the pay for shipping on the 11 light weight high dollar products. It also took 2 days to process the order to get it into shipping.
