Order two hinges and only receive one. Call customer service and still waiting on an answer on getting the second hinge. Over a week delay.

I thought I was supposed to receive my full order on 10/21. Instead I received half the order and a new tracking code for the rest.

Thank you for your review! Sometimes orders are shipped in multiple boxes from different warehouses to speed up delivery, which can cause items to arrive on different days. Tracking system is not helpful. Tracking through the 'shop' app is a nightmare as it is glitchy and doesn't update. When checking out product, it advertises 'fast' shipping however it is not. Spoken with people and they have all been helpful, however the tracking system is faulty and needs to be improved.

There was no communication on the timeline when the product would be delivered. I had to emailed twice asking and still never really received a delivery date.

I found your company on a goggle search. Tried your web site to get some guidance. The BOT prompt showed 7 minute wait. No one picked up after 56 minutes. I tried adding some information but zero response. Wrote an email that never received a response. Called your company and wound up with 2 no pick ups on the menu. The 3rd call got a person who transferred me to a representative who was courteous and answered my questions quickly with a suggestion to buy a 380 UT or a 893 Max. Asked him if I could place an order immediately with him. He said no, and told me to use the web order system. I placed an order on line. Hopefully the product works. The equipment I ordered will not ship for 3 weeks but this was not identified as out of stock on website. I could have ordered something similar from a different supplier with no delay.

When I talked to the CS rep on the phone about my order he said the product was in stock and I should have it it in 3-4 days. I just received an email saying the label was just made today May 1and UPS does not even have the package yet. I am working on a time sensitive project that is why I asked about shipping time. When I called to confirm my payment, I was treated rudely by the individual man who answered the phone treated me like an idiot. I resent that , I’m highly intelligent businessman. I’m no fool.
