We used to book our nexted year at the property Now we have to book on line 8months before Scheduled visit We have gone to Capri by the sea for years Now a lot of families are not able to book there vacation The people the front desk were very nice but The online people were very rude I hope next year will be different

Our cancellation policy allows for some flexibility if you need to modify or cancel your reservation once it's booked. I apologize for the negative experience you had with our online staff.
