Everything was great. The staff was helpful and the property was really nice.

I love staying at Fort Marcy Suites. The location's great - just a 10 minute walk from the Plaza. It's nice to have a kitchen, to be able to prepare some meals ourselves and not have to eat out three times a day. The staff has always been very helpful. The only drawback is that the rooms vary in quality, and we've occasionally had issues like an overly-soft mattress or a refrigerator that isn't getting cool enough.

This is a very well kept and quite property. Managment on sight is very friendly and responsible. Property is just steps from Santa Fe plaza. We stayed just one night in a two bedroom unit and this was plenty big for our family. We will be back soon and will be staying in the same unit.

stay was great

The location was excellent. Condo was good. However, for seniors the stairs were very steep and narrow difficult to maneuver we were concern of falling or tripping. The restroom toilets were very low. In the master bath we had to maneuver the door closed before sitting on the toilet. Especially difficult at night if you didn't want to wake your partner and turn lights on. The bathtub was slippery and no handles to hold on too. Again I am reviewing this as a senior citizen. Perhaps on your site you could offer or direct seniors to a one level condo with featured amenities for safety . Staff was excellent / We would defiantly book again if we could secure safety issues for us.

The location is fabulous and the staff is wonderful. The elevators were very stinky with bleach, which is the only downside.

Great location, convenient parking. Each place differs. The unit we stayed in (#74) was two level with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. It was just the two of us - you could easily have 4 in this unit, though it would be snug. 4 stars because there were comfort issues - the cushions on the two "easy" chairs were worn out and needed throw pillows to make them at all comfortable to sit on. The chairs at the table were low so the table was uncomfortably high - again adding throw pillows to these chairs fixed the issue. The place is generally well-worn but perfectly fine and we would stay here again.

The FT MARCY #11 condo we stayed in was comfortable and cozy, just right for 2 people. Very southwestern decor. Pretty view and convenient to parking lot--just up the lighted steps to our door. Also very close to Santa Fe plaza if you want to walk down a steep hill and back up again. Dark at night. We just took our rental car to area we wanted to see. Parking was very high! $3.20/hr nearest plaza, and $2 beyond the church, and you have to download an app and pay through that. The only negatives of the condo were the shower water pressure was very low (but hot water stayed hot), and there were 2 dirty pillows (hairs, stale smell) when we arrived that we had to ask to be replaced, which they did. The check in was easy and convenient when we arrived after office hours. Since the condos are individually owned, you may or may not get same experience that others have posted. We would stay here again.
