Our flight was 5 hours delayed
Our flight was 5 hours delayed. I tried to call and got a recorded message that said to text. I texted and got no reply. I sent them an email that asked for a $76.13 refund for services I did not receive (including a prepaid tip) and got no reply to that either. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am sorry for your bad experience. 24hrs in advance you were provided with your driver's cell phone number to communicate any last minute changes. We also tried to calling and texting you but never received a response. Clearly there was an issue with your contact number you entered for the booking. We showed up and waited over an hour. Called several times!! No answer.
