No one will contact me about my purchase. USPS returned it because you used the wrong Zipcode. Now I can't get any response from Alloyman services.

i have used the saw three times. tensioner broke in half inside chain cover. after two phone calls emails to every support site they tell you about, can not get any help. willing to repair it myself but they don't have replacement parts. no one believes chain saws don't break but every reputable company provides replac ement parts. still under waranty but nothing from them.

This company is selling laser levels with ALT16 batteries on Amazon but does not have replacement ALT16 batteries available anywhere. Both batteries refused to charge after one cycle. The charger provided not other same electrical spec chargers do not charge the batteries. The batteries list an email address on the label which returns a sender not found notice. I contacted another email found on the website for help and they did not respond to my email. I now have a useless heap of junk and cannot do anything about it even if I was willing to purchase additional batteries out of pocket, because they aren't available online. I heavily advise against purchasing from alloyman tools.

I bought a router through Amazon it is stuck can't put bit in I called customer service and the person that answered did not know what router was. He asked me if that was an old product. I. hung up. Send an email no answer. Never will buy their products

I ordered their blower for cleaning out gutters from Amazon. It worked for about two hours, then quit working. After a couple of emails they replaced the blower. After using 15 minutes that blower quit working. The return process for the two defective blowers is very involved, requiring photos and videos. Another option was simply provide me with labels to return both defective blowers. Having no luck getting the labels so I can return the product and get a refund. Customer service keeps telling me they’re waiting on the escalation team. If you deal with this company and have to deal with customer service good luck.

I never received what I ordered, it seems this company is in china and not even on American soil. It’s an absolute scam!

I purchase a cordless snow shovel thru amazon 3 days beyond the amazon time to return we received our 1st snowfall I used it once and the auger broke and would not engage. I contacted the company to get either a replacement or a refund. I've now spoken to Mauricio and emailed him many times. Each time he promised an escalation to another team. Each time this has not happened (No Contact) do not buy this product it's junk and the company does not stand behind it!!!!!!!
