If I could give 0 stars I would. Their clothes are so cheap and their customer service is SO SO bad. No where on their site for through their Facebook page can you leave a review, but their OWN link which you find on a internet search has nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure their wrote by employees. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company advertised king crab for sale with a 20 day guarantee delivery. It’s now been 60 days plus and they aren’t responding to my email query now. I’m glad I paid through PayPal.

I was a loyal Alloy shopper for 20 years... They have completely eliminated plus sizes (except for a few options in a size 18). I wear a 24 and inseam 38"... Good luck to me ever finding pants long enough anywhere again.

If i could leave no stars I would. 15 years ago this might have been an ok clothing site for tall women. Now their clothes are Sub-Par Dollar store quality... Unheemed pants made with horrid cloth just awful quality. Returns are a nightmare, they charge a $10.00 fee to just print the label in addition to shipping charge. Total scam...AVOID this clothing site. Go to Buckle Store or if your tall just buy some boots and tuck it in!!! AVOID this site....PLEASE!

Just wanted to say that the Hirsch Acquisition LLC that bought Alloy has completely destroyed the brand. The original store had a huge selection and was reasonably priced. The store catered to young adults and teenagers and now if you can find a shirt that’s appealing is a miracle. So from 2005 until 2013 really awesome store. If the company is interested in what it’s consumers has to say, revamp your merketing and apparel buying team or you will soon be out of business. There’s nothing appealing or interesting about your online business.

I just want to know what happened to the old more fashion forward alloy apparel!!!? The entire site is the same look over and over again! The quality has gone down hill it’s ridiculous!!! Where are tall women supposed to shop online now?! Any suggestions?!

Can I go negative 👎 5 stars ?? Worst return process !! I’ve called several times to check on returns on two different orders and they keep giving the story about 2 weeks and then some after it arrives and by golly you better have some tracking number for everything or else you’ll get some other BS story ... they were good many years ago but now is a scam or they have 3 people in return department.
