I used to shop here for years, and loved everything I received. Prices and quality were good and I loved that there were often items that you couldn't find else where. Everything changed this summer. My mother ordered a pair of sandals and a few months later when I saw her with them I knew I wanted some too. I ordered them excitedly but when they came I was shocked. They were a cheap, awful imitation of the ones I ordered and even broke simply being pulled out of the bag! I was confused, we had never had an issue before and my Mom's shoes were good, so what happened to mine? When I called to tell them, they didn't even care! The woman said she would transfer me to her manager who waved me off even more! After getting more of an attitude with her she finally offered to send postage to me to return them for free. I was horribly disgusted by the service however and wrote the company an email, to which they basically responded the same. They didn't care about my situation at all! I returned the shoes and was even more pissed when I got the email for my money return. Remember that supposed "free" postage they sent me so I didn't have to pay? Well, they took it out of my refund anyways! I AM FURIOUS! To top the whole thing off, I was on a wait list for a cardigan and received it last week only to see, yet again, it differs from the one on the store. This time I won't even bother with customer service and I will forever REFUSE to shop here. ALLOY, YOU BETTER START CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS OR YOU WILL START LOSING THEM ALL! ALSO SELLING PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT THE ONES SHOWN IS A SCAM!!!!! Stop ripping people off! You used to be a good company, what the hell happened!? P.S. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. I posted one, as well as a picture comparing the sandal my Mom bought and the fake one they sent me, and three weeks later my review still isn't there. They obviously took it off to block people from the scam they are really running.

I spent a very long time on there website ordering clothes.... Only a few of my items were actually delivered... The 2 items out of 12 that came were nothing like the picture... The clothing and shoes were very poorly made. The jewels that were suppose to be on the shoes had fallen off and were in the box. The first time I washes the shirt it was never the same... My other items i ordered never came. My order went from back ordered. To 10 days later being canceled. I was really looking forward to my items. And what I ordered all went together. So the few items I got was meaningless... I wasted a lot of time on there website. I didn't appreciate the companies misleading way. And Once I talked to a supervisor they had a "I don't really care. This happens" type of attitude. I would NEVER SPEND A DIME ON THIS SITE AGAIN. AND I SHOP ONLINE ALL THE TIME. TIME TO FIND ANOTHER SITE.

I placed an order on June 7th and after I paid I was informed on my receipt that one of my items wouldn't be available until July 16!! I called June 8th and told Alloy that I wanted that item removed from my order and instead add a pair of sandals. Instead of just charging me the difference for the sandals..they charged my account twice!! I called customer service and they were rude and not helpful at all. So for now I'm stuck paying $217 for 3 tops, a necklace and sandals which should have cost $115 (including my express delivery) Please! Please buyer beware..this company and its clothes are not worth the headache.

Wish I could give less than one star... Basically I only received half my order. I ordered a bathing suit one month before my Spring Break- a month should have been plenty of time. Well I am now packed and ready to leave without the top of the suit I ordered. Might I add that I am leaving for Army Basic Training immediately upon my return from Spring Break, therefore will have absolutely no use for a bathing suit that has come late... So I am understandably infuriated. I sent an email to customer service about this and was told the top was to be shipped the week of the 18th. That was now almost two weeks ago and I still do not have the top!! I will NEVER shop Alloy again, and I will be sure to let everyone know of my experience with them.

Save your time and money and DO NOT buy from Alloy.com. Everything I have received has been absolute garbage and does not follow the beautiful descriptions and size charts in their catalog. I am trying to return my third and final order with them. There was an error, so I called their 24 hour customer service and the person said the actual customer service is only there until 5:30 eastern time, completely negating what was written in an email from one of their online customer reps! I have wasted time and money with this company one too many times and I am going to BBB if they don't give me my money back asap. I don't understand how they can sell such poor quality clothing, treat their customers so poorly and get away with it.

Alloy has wonderful clothing for tall girls like me. (im 5'11'') it was my second order where my regular size was not the right fit. i sent my order back as an exchange and everything went down hill. i exchanged 3 pants. after the 3rd week of not seeing anything back in the mail i became suspicious and called to check on the exchange. their customers service is very awful and has no consideration for their customers. when i called, i was told that i would be transferred to someone who could help me better with my situation and she sent me to a voice mail instead. i thought that was rude to begin with. second thing, i called multiple times and no one could find the 3rd pair of pants returned in the same package along with the other 2 pairs. im not sure how this happened. it took more than three tries for someone to find it. the lady informed me that by that time, the items were not on sale anymore wich made me upset, and that i would have to pay an extra 42.00 and change. so i agreed and went ahead with it. two days later i find 69.00 extracted from my bank account from Alloy.com! this makes me upset. up to this day NO ONE at customer service wants to help me with this! its very upsetting.

The first time i ordered from alloy I ordered boots. Not only did they come late the box came with two left side boots. My sister ordered from alloy also, and her order came late. 3 weeks ago i ordered boots again, and they still have not arrived. never buying from alloy again!!!!!! they suck and the customer service people are dumb!

I made some x-mas shopping on this site their ad said they guaranteed package to arrive before De 24, I placed my order on Dec.14 I did not receive my package until Dec. 27. Every other orders i placed from other sites got here way before x-mas. Then I decide to give them aother shot big mistake, my order total was 97.36 the amount my card was charged was 112.48 so i decide to call customer service it takes me a good fight on the phone to get them to refund me the difference which i still have to check with my bank to see if they did. The lady never offered an apology instead she keep trying to talk her way out of giving me a refund, at end she just hunged up on me how horrible. Do not buy from this site and if you do be prepare for the worste service ever.
