ALLOY APPAREL has by far the worst customer service ever! Not only that but the process in which they conduct business needs to be transformed. I placed an order and months went by without receiving it. I called several times and got the run around from many different unexperienced/un trained and rude reps. I never got the order. I will never shop here again. Oh and this was not the first time I had a bad experience with them, I thought after the first experience it was just a fluke, but no, this is their company culture.

I never write reviews but Alloy really peeved me this time. First off, I ordered three shirts. I received an email saying that two had shipped and one was back ordered -- fine, that's okay. What I received was a shirt and a dress. I sent the dress back and was charged shipping costs even though Alloy messed up, and then they proceeded to charge me again for the shirt I never received and canceled the order on the third shirt. WTF.

I made a purchase with ALLOY and had an Aug 9, 2014 delivery date. I waited until Aug 15th to call, but I called my local post office first. The package was showing delivered in ANOTHER state. I then called Alloy, the rep said UPS put duplicate USPS tracking numbers so that's why the package is showing delivered. I requested another package, the rep said I need to wait until Monday for the allowed time to pass. I call TUESDAY, and explained to the new rep what happen because she didn't bother to research the history. She then told me I need to wait until THURSDAY for a new shipment. KNOWING the package is lost I still need to wait!! SO I call back on FRIDAY, I told that rep I need the package quickly it's been too long. She said she would be using faster shipping vs the 7-10 day, No problem. Well, she didn't and I still don't have my package! going on ONE Month for two pairs of pants. ALLOY should have sent my order 2 day delivery, this was an error on their part and they should have attempted to make me whole.

I purchase 3 items from Alloy and the third item I order was a size 7 they shipped size 17 i called thinking they were gonna be nice and help me I spoke to a nasty "supervisor" name "Star" she was rude and unapologetic she said they will mail a return label, I asked her can you just email it, she said they cannot do that they can only mail it and it takes 7-10 business days and if i wanted to reorder the item i had to pay upfront AGAIN. She said that was their policy. Well let me tell you I will not be purchasing any more clothes from this people. They charge all kinds of bogus charges. They said they give you free shipping but they charge you $1.95 supposedly for handling charges ??? The first time i said well is only a dollar but now i know thats how this people rip you off is a dollar for how many customer they get plus I read that they charge you for return items restocking fee unbelievable. If they charge me I will be writing another review and calling. BBB because this was there fault. I will never recommend this to a friend.

I had tried to purchase a few things during one of thier 80% off sales. However, it kept talling me at checkout that sorry the page wouldnt work. Then when I got it to work the next day, it said the items were not available. I complained a tons and thought it was nice that they sent me a gift card. I then bought 2 pairs of pants and paid the difference. Now it has been nearly 3 weeks and they said they are going to refund me my money and put my pants back because the difference was paid on paypal and they cant get it even though it shows it is at ALLOY and said i owe them money. So they are putting one of the pairs back. I contacted them to get help and had to go through LINKED IN and contact Brian Lattman who put me in touch with Mr. Morris. I contacted him and his receptionist was hateful and started hollering at me. I was like please stop getting loud with me and she said Not to call her and that she does not deal with that. What a hateful person!!!!! She kept talking over me and finally transferred me to Mr. Morris voice mail. When he called me back today, he wouldnt let me tell my side adn was talking over me and told me not to EVER call Mr. LAttman again because he had MORE important things to take care of. REALLY???!!! WHAT a SHITTY COMPANY!! WHERE is the hell are thier values!!!!

I am an Avid on line shopper,before I purchased from them I checked their reviews and it was 50/50,I ordered two pair of jeans and two shirts on 5/20/14.On 5/21/14 they sent me an e-mail stating that the jeans had shipped but the shirts were on back order.They also included a UPS tracking number.On 6/2/14,i received an email stating my back ordered items had shipped.Being concerned that I had not received the jeans,I got on UPS site only to discover that there was no such tracking number.I contacted Alloy customer service and was given another UPS tracking number,only to again contact UPS to find out there was no package with that number.I received my shirts on 6/5/14,I once again contacted Alloy because I was confused as to how an item that shipped a week prior to my shirts never was delivered.They informed me they would ship out replacement jeans and I would receive new shipment info.On June 7,2014 being that I had not received an info from them on the new shipment,I contacted Alloy AGAIN.They told me they would ship out the replacement items AGAIN.On June 10,2014 being that I still have not received my order or any replacement shipment info,I once again contacted Alloy and was told someone would contact me.It's 6/11/14 and I have yet to hear from them or been given replacement shipment info.I have filed a dispute through PayPal and am requesting a refund.I will NEVER do business with this company again.BEWARE!!!!!!

I will NEVER order from ALLOY again!!! First of all I order 2 items for my sons birthday party the package gets lost but ever time I called they said the package is set to deliver tomorrow! Then I complained and they said the package was lost and they would have to send me another one and that took almost a month to do. Then they sent me the package and I returned it and had to pay and send it back and they didn't issue me a return they gave me a store credit like I would want to order from them again. I called because I didn't get the money on my card, and they said they would put it on it takes 5 days and I called 2 weeks later nvr got it now they are sending me a check that can take 10 days!! I've been dealing with them for over 3 months and still have no REFUND!! Horrible customer service! Nvr again!!

I use them a lot and have never had to return something. I received 2 pairs of jeans that were not my order. So I returned them and asked for a refund. I called and they gave me the run around and were very rude. I guess as long as they send you the items you request your good, but if they send you the wrong merchandise and you try to get a refund, good luck.
