Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value all our customers' opinions and would like to provide some additional information to explain the recent changes in our pricing for Syscoin masternodes.
Firstly, here are the minimum hardware requirements for Syscoin masternodes, as outlined on Syscoin's official website: https://syscoin.org/news/syscoin-40-rewards-specifications
64-bit CPU: 2 Cores (4 preferred) with SSE
RAM: 4GB (8GB RAM preferred)
Swap: 4GB (if less than 8GB real RAM)
Virtualization: KVM or OpenVZ (KVM preferred)
Disk Space: 80GB+ (100GB+ SSD preferred)
We incur specific infrastructure costs to ensure we meet these specifications and provide reliable performance. For your understanding, here are the costs we incur for running such infrastructure on different providers:
DigitalOcean (Advanced plan): $24.00/month for 4 GiB, 2 vCPUs, 4,000 GiB bandwidth, and 80 GiB disk space.
Hetzner (Basic plan): €8.98/month for 3 vCPUs, 4GB RAM, 80GB disk space, and 20TB traffic.
Currently, we offer our advanced plan for $20/month, while the same setup costs us $24/month on DigitalOcean. Our basic plan is available for $10/month, or $8/month if prepaid for one year, whereas Hetzner charges $9.69/month for a comparable setup.
We hope this clarifies the reasons behind our pricing adjustments. We notified you by email about the price increase in April 2024. Our goal is to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions that align with the latest requirements and deliver the best possible service to our users.
Please understand that our true intent is not to take advantage of anyone but to offer the best service possible. Wishing you the best of luck.

Disconcerting aspects of Allnodes.com
Response to Allnode;
What a wonderful idea to invent a narrative to make my opinion seem false. You know yourself that I'm a customer of yours, I sent all the proof to trustpilot and they verified my review. People, don't listen to these companies who lie at every turn.
While Allnodes.com seems to be a well-liked staking platform with appealing offers for hosting nodes and staking cryptocurrency, there are a few things that prospective users like myself should think about carefully before committing.
To begin with, there isn't a lot of clear and straightforward information regarding the company's operations on the website. Users find it challenging to confidently make well-informed judgments when crucial information is lacking. This lack of openness raises concerns about business ethics, and I wonder if my investments would be safe.
Furthermore, the website places a lot of emphasis on the large returns I could be able to earn, which seems like a veiled complexity to ignore other important factors. Any platform that offers significant returns should also fulfill its commitment to providing extensive customer support and support systems. Unfortunately, it wasn't entirely obvious how to get in touch with customer service, which made me wonder how they handle questions and grievances.
To exacerbate my worries, I found that there wasn't much focus on the possible risks of staking or a provision of thorough educational materials to help reduce these risks when I was perusing the platform. Any responsible platform that deals with investments should make sure that its user base is informed about all available options, including any associated dangers.
Finally, the website owner conceals their identity through the use of a service. This strategy raises concerns because the majority of legitimate companies keep their management information open to the public in order to foster stakeholder trust.
In conclusion, despite the alluring rewards offered by Allnodes.com, I decided not to invest in this platform due to unsettling factors including a lack of transparency and a possible support system. Before committing, prospective investors should bear these things in mind and do their research.
Please be aware that real experiences may vary from the hypothetical user experience used in this review.

Dear Reviewer, Your review shows that you have not used our services, as it lacks an understanding of our comprehensive service offering and contains proof that you have not had a direct experience with our platform and website.
First, as a non-custodial service, we don't hold users' cryptocurrency or private keys; your assets stay in your wallet, under your control, as clearly stated on our website.
Furthermore, your statement that our website places a lot of emphasis on large returns without providing customer support is entirely untrue for two reasons.
1. We'd like to clarify that the staking rewards, which you erroneously label as returns, come directly from the underlying blockchain protocols - we do not inflate or alter them in any way, nor do we advertise their potential on our website. Allnodes does not provide these rewards. We provide a service. It is clear from your statement that you neither understand our service offering nor that you’ve ever used it.
2. We take customer service very seriously. You are wrong by claiming we do not. A prominent customer support chat box is in the bottom right corner of every page on our website. It is hard to miss. Users can also submit support tickets or contact us via the https://www.allnodes.com/support link which can be found on the bottom of our website. Our team is available 24/7 to answer any questions and provide assistance.
We have extensive FAQs and articles explaining how proof-of-stake protocols work, the benefits and risks of staking, and guides for getting started. If you were one of our members, you’d know that our social channels daily inform our users of potential scammers, threats, and ways to avoid them.
Allnodes is not an investment platform. People who use Allnodes are not investors. They are active community members supporting blockchain networks by staking coins and running nodes. We help them to do so with software and hardware. We provide infrastructure and nothing else.
We're sorry if these key differences were not clear to you during your initial review of our platform. What were you trying to achieve with our services?
Your claim about concealed management identities is incorrect. Our website footer links to our active social media profiles, and our LinkedIn page openly displays our team.
Lastly, upon further examination, the reviewer was likely generating an AI-written text without due diligence or using a template for malicious intent. Several tells suggest artificial authorship that lacks any genuine experience with our services:
1. The review employs generic language, focusing on "lack of transparency" and customer support issues without specific details, resembling AI-generated content.
2. It features repetitive phrases like "lack of transparency" and "possible support system," indicative of template-based writing rather than genuine user feedback.
3. The mislabeling of users as "investors" indicates a misunderstanding of Allnodes' services, contrasting with a genuine user's knowledge about the difference between staking/node hosting and investing.
4. AI content detection tools, such as Copyleaks, deemed the original review 100% AI-generated.

Extremely Disappointed with Their Service
I had high hopes when I decided to use Allnodes node and staking services for my crypto assets. From the beginning, the communication was poor, and their platform was riddled with technical glitches. I faced numerous delays in staking, and the promised returns were nowhere near what was advertised. Moreover, their customer support was unresponsive, leaving me feeling abandoned with my concerns. In the ever-evolving world of crypto, trust and reliability are paramount, and sadly, Allnodes failed to deliver on both counts. I would not recommend their services.

Dear reviewer, to address your concerns regarding the returns, it's worth noting that, most likely, you are referring to Ethereum. Since the APR for other coins, as presented on our site, tends to be accurate even over short one-day durations. However, Ethereum has consensus and execution rewards that might differ from standard staking returns. We understand the importance of clarity and would like to explain how Ethereum staking rewards are calculated on Allnodes.
The Ethereum APR is calculated as follows: 2.96% of Consensus rewards plus 0.91% Execution rewards (according to today's rates.) The latter are calculated based on the rewards received in the last 28 days and are averaged for one year for all validator nodes hosted on Allnodes that have enabled MEV-Boost with all relay options. You can find this information on our website by clicking on the Ethereum listing and navigating to the question mark sign beside the word APR.
It's important to mention that execution rewards are earned when your node successfully proposes a block. This typically occurs on the Ethereum network once in 4-5 months. Therefore, you should anticipate an APR of 2.96% + 0.91% over a longer duration, not just within a month. This is how rewards work for native Ethereum validator nodes.
In the same time to exclude any concerns about our performance you can check our effectiveness score on the rated network website. Our score is one of the highest in our industry: https://www.rated.network/?network=mainnet&view=nodeOperator&timeWindow=30d
We acknowledge that, although infrequently, there might have been technical glitches on our platform. Please know that we take such issues very seriously, and whenever they are reported via our internal chat, we aim to resolve them promptly.
We regret the communication gaps you've experienced, apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Response from AllnodesApr 18, 2023
Dear valued customer,
We apologize for not being able to address your inquiry as quickly as you expected. Kindly be informed that our support team is unavailable on weekends, with messages sent on Saturdays generally being handled the following Monday, unless you possess an enterprise plan that offers priority support.
After examining your case, we discovered that only 2 attestations out of 20,000 were missed, and there have been no further missed attestations since. We would like to reassure you that these 2 missed attestations should not raise any concerns regarding the performance of your node. We are grateful for your understanding and continued support. If you need priority support in the future, please consider upgrading your plan or reach out to us during our regular business hours.

Cannot downgrade from the Advanced Plan…
Cannot downgrade from the Advanced Plan to the Normal Plan
Response from AllnodesApr 10, 2022
Dear customer, There is no downgrade option for Symbol nodes. But, you can remove the node from our Advanced hosting service and re-host on the Basic plan. Please keep in mind that your node address and name will be completely new. And all current delegators will be removed. But since you do not have delegators, it should not be a problem. Your dissatisfaction with our service is regrettable despite the perfect uptime performance of your node in the last 340 days. Please reach out to us via internal chat; we’d appreciate understanding your needs better.

We’ve reviewed your activity on our website, and you’ve never hosted a node on our platform or used our services in any related way. It seems you have mistaken us with a cryptocurrency exchange.
