Dear Breau, Thank you for your positive review and for choosing Allnodes as your staking and hosting solution. We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that we do not charge a 10% Ethereum fee. Our pricing is transparent, monthly based, and can be found on our website. We offer different plans with varying features and prices and strive to provide our customers with the best value for their money. Regarding the MEV boost option, we understand your concern about the price difference between plans with and without MEV boost. However, we would like to point out that enabling MEV boost will increase your average monthly earnings by more than 1% APR (more than $40 in additional rewards per month) on the advanced plan, which only costs $5 more than the basic currently. Thank you again for your review and for choosing Allnodes. Our customer support team can always assist you with any questions. Wishing you ongoing success.

Dear Customer, We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your kind words. We take this opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience you faced during the node creation process. There are many different components in play at that stage, including external APIs that we use and an unstable connection between any of these sometimes can cause such errors. Our team is aware of this issue and we are actively looking for ways to fix it. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. If you need further assistance or encounter any similar issues, please get in touch with our support team. Thank you again, and we look forward to serving you better in the future.

Dear Jonathan, We greatly appreciate your thoughtful review and insightful suggestions. Your feedback is invaluable to us. We initially implemented the node-setup waiting periods for Ethereum nodes, but thanks to your advice, we've now extended this feature to RocketPool nodes as well. We wish you and your nodes a never-ending success.
