I emailed and told that I only received 1 of the bracelets and never got a reply back. The lady reached out to me and was so kind to help me with replacing my item. I should’ve shown them grace and not be so quick to judge. Please consider giving this company your business, they go above & beyond.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Our team has been handling a higher number of inquiries after the holiday period, which has slowed things down more than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and are committed to resolving your issue as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your understanding!
