My experience with Tarek at AllFund Commercial Lending was extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, I lost more than $25,000 while working with him. For over a year, I was repeatedly told that my loan was “coming soon” and that everything would be completed, but the process kept getting delayed with no results. Another major issue was the payoff. I was specifically told there would be no prepayment penalty, but when I decided to pay off the loan, I was charged more than $7,000 in fees. That was completely unexpected and contrary to what I had been told. I felt misled throughout the process because I kept receiving promises that things were almost done, yet nothing happened for a very long time. My experience cost me significant time, money, and unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with Tarek ask for every promise and every fee in writing before signing anything.

Rest assured Brandon and his sidekick Damaris are unethical fraudsters. They can't be trusted - they will give you a quote and change the terms at the last minute without disclosing it till it is too late. There are 1000s of brokers out there avoid this one at all costs. They are not direct lenders - fraudsters. More to come for them. Simply do yourself a favor and find someone else.
