Allison & Taylor Reference & Credential CheckingReviews of allisontaylor.com

The first time I used the service to check one reference that had lied in the past, they were great. Did the job they advertised in record time. Given the good experience, I used them again to check a different reference. After a week I had to follow up only to find out that it was never addressed. One of the company big shots got in involved and put a 'rush' at no charge on the order. A week later I was still waiting for results. It was too late by then the job I was going for had already contacted this reference. Thankfully it all turned out fine. AT did offer an apology but I really needed to get the job done and feel confident about my employment reference list.

They resolved the issue with a few questions about the process for job references. I was treated professionally and promptly.

I was very pleased with their services. I paid for the expedited results and they fulfilled my expectations.

Excellent service. Had my information in two days!

They did a great job looking into what my references were saying about me. They identified my strongest reference. I just think it was a little pricey for just one reference to be checked. If the price were a little bit cheaper, I would have given 5 stars.

Allison & Taylor never actually contacted the reference I needed checked. Only left him a VM and that's it. $100 down the drain. I will be reporting the transaction to my banking institution as fraud since I paid for services which were never rendered.

I would recommend this company to anyone!

Clearly explained what the service would provide when I called to inquire. They made many attempts to reach my reference. The only thing I would like added is to receive an email update each time an attempt is made to contact the reference. Thanks so much.
