The worst thing you can do is take business & marketing advice from people that fail at business. If the majority of people fail then the majority of online advice is wrong. Think about that for a second. Most entrepreneurs are getting advice from struggling & failed business owners & many of them write fake reviews because they blame others for their failures. Successful entrepreneurs only take advice from people more successful than them or from people they personally know & trust that are further down the road. I personally sold 9 companies, partnered with a Shark from Shark Tank & do business with another Shark, made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 7 times, partnered with IBM, Intel, AT&T, HP, 1800Flowers & worked with over 10,000 small businesses over the last 30 years. The last thing I would ever do is read online reviews about marketing my business from random people online that never built a successful business & don't even have the expertise to run a successful business. In the late 90s when I started my first company, I made the exact same mistake. I listened to the wrong people. People that had no success. People that talked big but had no results. People giving opinions instead of real world experience. Guess what happened? I went nowhere fast. I was following the same path they followed, which was failure. Then one day I realized something that changed my life. If I wanted different results, I needed to learn from different people. I needed to stop listening to people that never built anything successful & start learning from people actually winning in business. That is when everything changed. Most entrepreneurs stay stuck because they keep taking advice from people that have never accomplished what they want to accomplish. The absolute worst person to take advice from is the person that blames others for their failures which is exactly who you would be listening to if you believed this fake review. If you want to make more money, generate more leads, grow faster & build a real business, you need to learn from people already doing it at a high level. Otherwise you are just taking directions from people that are lost themselves. Ahhh, here we go again — another fake review, probably from a competitor mad that we keep taking their customers. Every single day people switch to us because we’re the only company bold enough to put our own credit card on our customers accounts and actually invest in them by paying for their marketing. For the record, we’ve never had a “Joe Franklin” file a dispute or request a refund. That alone tells you everything you need to know — this review is fake. And Joe, if you’re going to fake it, at least learn how. You claimed we offer both a free trial and a 7-day refund policy. 🤔 Hello McFly… anyone home? You can’t have a refund on something that’s free. That’s not how logic works. So yeah, if you’re going to write a fake review, at least get your facts straight. But then again, how would you know? You’ve never used our services.

Jason is just another name in the endless crowd of people who refuse to pay attention or take responsibility for their own actions. To sign up for our CRM, you MUST watch a video that clearly explains our services. Jason did that or he let the video play and didnt pay attention (which is probably what happened). He then signed up in July 2024, paid a one time fee of $97 (which was clearly outlined on the checkout page) and got unlimited usage in our CRM for 12 months. This means we paid for his emails, texts, toll free numbers, SMS AI, web hosting, calendar software and more for an entire year. We called it a one time fee because there is no subscription. That’s why we reached out when his 12 months was up. Now Jason who apparently couldn't generate $97 profit in his business in a full year while we were literally covering his marketing costs, is suddenly crying “bait and switch” a whole year later. You can’t make this stuff up. Let’s be real, Jason probably thought “unlimited usage” meant he gets to use our platform forever for a single payment. Common sense check... No business on Earth could keep paying their customers marketing costs forever for a one time fee. That’s not how anything works. So once again Jason... here’s the breakdown. You paid $97 for 12 months of access with unlimited usage inside the CRM. That year has passed. Our pricing has since gone up to $97 every 3 months. And here’s a little advice for anyone reading this. You only take business and marketing advice from people you would trade places with or people further down the road than you. Jason isn't that person, he couldn’t even turn a $97 profit in 12 months. But hey, we’re rooting for him to figure it out. EDIT: Jason... you actually need to pay attention. Amazing things will happen for your business when you do. It’s not a “welcome video.” It’s called a sales video, you have to watch it before you can even sign up. Then, on the checkout page, the pricing is clearly spelled out. WAKE. UP. The level of incompetence here is off the charts.

Like the rest of these 1 star reviews, this one is a work of fiction. Crazy but true: most bad reviews online are either exaggerated, outright lies, or straight-up fake. Don’t believe me? Go ask AI it will give you the stats. Now, let’s break this down because Glenn clearly won’t: Glenn jumped on our $97 for 12-months offer on November 5, 2024. His first support ticket? December 10, 2024 a full month later asking how to log in. By then, he was already well past our 7 day refund window. He couldn’t figure out how to reset his password (pro tip: hit “forgot password”). Not exactly rocket science… but hey, it’s Glenn. Next time we hear from him? April 27, April 29, and May 4. All his support requests? Answered. Then on June 9, Glenn suddenly wants a refund. Small problem: he had already filed a payment dispute on June 3. So yes, Glenn, your account got locked. Why? Because when you dispute a payment, you’re essentially saying, “I didn’t pay for this.” And when you don’t pay, you lose access. Crazy concept, I know. We explained (multiple times) that our refund policy is 7 days, not 7 months. Either Glenn can’t tell the difference or just didn’t bother reading. And this part is priceless: Glenn is shocked that we can access our own software. Newsflash: every company that provides a CRM or marketing software has full access. That’s how software works. Now the bigger question: Would you really take business advice from someone who couldn’t make a $97 profit in 7 months when we’re literally paying for their marketing? Either they don’t have a real business (big red flag) or they simply don’t have the skills to run one. Either way, not the guy to take advice from. Rule for success: only take advice from people you’d trade places with. Contact us and mention Glenn and we can prove everything we said is true.

Wow… people really wake up in the morning, brush their teeth (hopefully), and just decide to lie on the internet. This “review”? Pure fiction. It doesn’t even make sense. We even reached out through Trustpilot like, “Hey, who are you? Let’s fix this.” And of course — radio silence. Classic fake review move. If you actually want the truth, hit us up. Our support team answers every request daily, and our weekly support calls? They run about 3 hours straight. That’s 3 hours of us solving problems while this reviewer was probably still figuring out how to turn their laptop on. And let’s not forget what we include: free marketing. Yes, FREE. Emails, texts, toll-free numbers, web hosting, SSL, calendar software, AI SMS, and more. Basically, if it’s useful, we probably threw it in. Now, let’s pretend for a second this reviewer is a real person (I know, big stretch). Are you really taking business advice from someone who can’t turn a $97 profit when we’re literally paying for their marketing? Either they don’t have a business (so… keyboard warrior) or they’re the type of “entrepreneur” who thinks success is manifesting in their vision board app. Rule of thumb: don’t take advice from people you wouldn’t trade places with. So before you believe some random online complaint, remember: most bad reviews are either fake or written by someone who quit before they even got started. Do your research. Oh Nicolas… where do we begin? Imagine buying a hammer, then leaving a 1 star review because you couldn’t figure out which end hits the nail. That’s pretty much what we’re dealing with here. Our software is used by tens of thousands of people. Real estate agents, marketers, even folks who still use AOL and somehow, they all manage to type in a city and find leads. But Nicolas? Nah. That was too much. Typing “Dallas, Texas” broke him. We even showed him exactly what to do. Multiple times. But you know what they say, you can lead a Nicolas to Google but you can’t make him think. Now Nicolas claims he tried to get a refund. Cute. What actually happened was he signed up on June 26 and filed a chargeback just four days later. That’s not a refund request, that’s digital shoplifting. And even funnier? He kept using the service after disputing the payment. That’s like sneaking back into a movie you didn’t buy a ticket for and then complaining about the popcorn. When our system got the chargeback alert on July 3, his account was automatically shut down because, shocker, when you don’t pay for something, you don’t get to keep using it. We know that’s a tough concept for people who think WiFi is a human right. The real punchline? Nicolas has a marketing agency. Yes, the guy who couldn’t figure out how to search a city is now offering marketing advice. It’s like someone failing their driving test and immediately applying to be a NASCAR coach. Now he says, “I didn’t know the service was for 3 months.” That’s adorable. It clearly states this in the video and on the checkout page in bold, plain English. But alas… Nicolas strikes again. At this point, we’re not sure if he’s got a reading comprehension issue, a memory problem, or he’s just playing the “confused customer” card from the Fraud 101 playbook. It’s either a learning disability or lying and frankly, it’s a coin toss. He also claims he got no support. Which is hilarious because we have messages, emails, screenshots... enough proof to make a 6 part Netflix docuseries called “Exposing Nicolas: How Not to Do Business" complete with dramatic reenactments, slow zooms and interviews with our support team trying not to laugh. Feel free to reach out and we will show you... bring popcorn. We truly wish him the best. But Nicolas, if you’re reading this, please don’t quit your job, don’t remortgage the house (if you can afford one) and definitely don’t try to coach others on business. You're not an entrepreneur, you're a cautionary tale.
