If you buy the $997 program, check your account within 7 days, that they are not billing $97 without your knowledge. I purchased the $997 program because it included managed CRM and with 1:1 support. I continued using the service specifically because the managed CRM, with 1:1 support, was part of what I believed was included in my purchase. However, in February, I discovered I was being charged an additional $97 monthly CRM fee that I never authorized or was informed about it at the time of purchase. I immediately contacted the company and asked them to stop charging my card. Despite this request, they charged me again in March. When I disputed the unauthorized charges with my credit card company, my access to the CRM was removed, and I was told my account had been deleted. Without CRM access, the core features of the $997 program and the promised 1:1 support became unusable, meaning I could no longer use what I paid for. The company claimed the CRM was a separate paid product, but this was never clearly disclosed upfront. If I had known the CRM required an additional monthly fee, I would never have purchased the program. As a result: • I paid $997 for a program I cannot use • I was charged additional monthly fees without authorization • My CRM access was removed after disputing those charges • Support could not explain how to access or continue the services without the CRM The billing department charged my card without my knowledge, which is fraud itself. I requested a full refund but received no response.

Successful entrepreneurs only take advice from people more successful than them or from people they personally know & trust that are further down the road. I personally sold 9 companies, partnered with a Shark from Shark Tank & do business with another Shark, made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies 7 times, partnered with IBM, Intel, AT&T, HP, 1800Flowers & worked with over 10,000 small businesses over the last 30 years. The last thing I would ever do is read online reviews about marketing my business from random people online that never built a successful business & don't even have the expertise to run a successful business. In the late 90s when I started my first company, I made the exact same mistake. I listened to the wrong people. People that had no success. People that talked big but had no results. People giving opinions instead of real world experience. Guess what happened? I went nowhere fast. I was following the same path they followed, which was failure. Then one day I realized something that changed my life. If I wanted different results, I needed to learn from different people. I needed to stop listening to people that never built anything successful & start learning from people actually winning in business. That is when everything changed. Most entrepreneurs stay stuck because they keep taking advice from the wrong people.
