Very Bad customer service and not reliable
I contacted alliance recruitment in search of a house cook. It was last October and we are now in February and they have not provided anyone. They also are not prepared to refund my deposit. They lured me at the beginning with a couple of CVs that they have probably made up as I never got to interview these 2 ladies. When I insisted they connected me with 2 ladies for which the CV had nothing to do with their real experience so clearly the CVs were made up. Do not trust or believe in this agency. They are just after your money. I have asked to speak to the manager and he never could be bothered to call me. As a result of clear stealing, I am going to take legal action!
