Sam did amazing. Even while the majority chose not to use video, he didn't lose his enthusiasm. I appreciated all of this information, it gave me a starting point of reading on my own. I will use and reference everything he suggested. Will definitely sign up for future training. It was also very motivating!

I always enjoy the trainings that are provided. There's always something that I learn and can apply currently and concepts I learn that further the learning process outside of the training.
