I had the opportunity to attend the Alliance Group's virtual IUL Bootcamp today, July 14, 2026, and it was an outstanding training experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Samuel Howe for putting together such a well-organized agenda and bringing together an exceptional lineup of presenters. Every session was intentional, informative, and provided valuable insights that financial professionals can immediately put into practice. As always, Steve Walther, VP of Sales at Alliance Group, was a wealth of knowledge. His ability to explain Indexed Universal Life (IUL) concepts from multiple perspectives and provide practical conversation strategies for discussing IUL with clients is unmatched. He has a unique way of making complex concepts easier to understand while giving agents confidence in their client conversations. I also want to recognize Jake Peck, Lindsay Morway, and Arthur Fairchild from National Life Group for their excellent illustration software demonstration. They thoroughly explained the various features and walked attendees through real-world applications in a way that was easy to follow. Even after using the software for more than 10 years, I still learned several new tips and techniques that will make me more effective in serving my clients. Tammy Lynn from Corebridge also delivered an exceptional session. She not only provided excellent training on Corebridge products and demonstrated how to build illustrations, but she also brought the material to life by sharing examples from her own family's experience. Her personal stories made the concepts relatable and showed how these strategies can truly make a difference in our clients' lives. Tammy's presentation reinforced that we're not simply illustrating policies—we're helping families prepare for life's opportunities and challenges with meaningful financial solutions. Samuel Howe wrapped up the day by demonstrating actual Alliance Group client presentations that agents can immediately begin using in their own practices. Rather than simply reviewing the materials, he presented them exactly as he would with a client, giving attendees an example of how to effectively communicate the concepts, engage clients, and confidently deliver the presentation. That practical demonstration was an invaluable way to conclude the Bootcamp. Finally, I want to recognize Alliance Group's Marketing Team. They are truly second to none. The time, effort, creativity, and genuine desire they invest in helping agents succeed is both impressive and deeply appreciated. They consistently provide high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and resources that make it easier for us to educate our clients and grow our businesses. Alliance Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to equipping financial professionals with quality education, practical tools, and outstanding support. I left today's Bootcamp with new knowledge, renewed confidence, and actionable ideas that I can immediately implement.
