Excellent Training.

I'm Still new

I joined in January, and I was told this is a work from home position. After joining I found out that they want you to go into people's homes. The so-called training was nothing more than watching a bunch of videos. I won't list all of my complaints except for this one. I decided to go with a different company because of my frustration with Alliance. If you want to leave you have to email the release department. The problem is a week later I have still not heard from them and there is no way to contact a human in that department. Today I was told that it can take up to 5 months to get my license released and they don't have to release it if they don't want to. Do not get involved with this company.

I found the training comprehensive. I appreciated that it wasn't just product focused but we got hands on learning with the tutorials for each carrier's portals and the illustrations.
