I ordered a 2lb bottle of pure talc from Alliance Chemical. I received a 5lb bag that contained a gray powder. I should have read their description more carefully -- I was expecting a white powder not a gray industrial powder. Even so, a 5lb bag was not what I ordered.

We received a drum of Acetone that was damage. Show signs paint peeling, dents and bung hole was loose causing the acetone to leak when the drum was move.

The container holding the trichloroethylene was damaged. It appears to have been dropped a number of times before being packed in the box. Many dents on the bottom and side to the right of the handle and pouring nozle.

The price was too high. Later comparison revealed the price paid was in excess of pricing available on other sites.

Long lead time for delivery of order. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Unfortunately, getting product into customers hands should be job #1.

The supposedly ACS grade 98% sulfuric acid they shipped to me was dark brown, however they did refund me quickly and easily upon a complaint being filed. So, give or take, not too bad.
