ALLHDD.COMReviews of allhdd.com

An interesting networking hardware planet.it sells many products like Hard drive,cables,Memory...

This is the best company . I am very satisfied with it . I needed some parts of my Laptop and their prices was very high on other companies , but on this company, it was very cheep . They helped me a lot . Really low cost . And They have fast delivery , with about one week , and the support team is very kind too... Thank you...

Beware of this Company. They sell USED product as NEW. I ordered a NEW disk drive from them (yes, described as NEW) and they shipped me a USED 2012 disk drive. After requiring that I use their online return process, they initially answered and then went quiet, stalling for 2 weeks. After repeated calls to the Company they have now indicated they will not allow for a return of this disk drive nor provide a refund to my credit card. Thankfully, I did use a credit card and have recourse through the credit card company.

First of all it's a very clear website and you have pleasure to deal with it. From my own experience: I have left 2 bad reviews about edreams and guess what? My problem was solved thanks to the responsiveness of edreams agents. Without trustpilot I wouldn't have been able to receive my money back :) I hope this site will stay long with us!

This is a very decent place for getting your IT equipment - from RAM slots to HDD... Everything You need for Your business or Your personal home use! I, as an IT Specialist really need this kind of place, a place where I can get everything I need for my business and also where I can get all support that I could need!

Dealing with ALLHDD since ages .. Shipping on time and prices are awesomely affordable. Only one simple thing, Support team goes a very few times hard to track over phone or email.
