Hosts were amazing. Very responsive and super friendly. Also one of the only spaces to stay that doesn’t make you deep clean on the way out, given we cleaned well but it was a nice to know that it wasn’t required. Overall lovely stay with great views and very family friendly

We have stayed at this property several times. This time we chose the apartment with the balcony—-what a great decision. We ate our meals out there at night and drank our coffee in the mornings. There was plenty of seating for the five of us. We had all of the essentials provided—TP, dish soap, laundry essentials, hairdryer, even coffee creamer and spices! This place is also in walking distance to beaches, groceries, restaurants, shops. Perfect location! Michael is great to work with and has terrific properties. Will definitely stay again when I visit San Diego.

Great place in an awesome location. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and checkout were super easy and the whole stay was smooth. We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in Pacific Beach. Very clean and tidy and kitchen had all supplies for vacation. We did not cook much because many really good restaurants in walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked great in bedrooms! A big plus was they had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for short walk to beach! Would definitely stay here again. Host was very quick with responses to a couple questions.

I would recommend. Host was very responsive. The home was close to the base (for MCRD graduation), close to airport, close to dining and activities. We rented a car but could easily Uber around. House was just as described and check in was simple. Check out was also easy.

The hosts were so amazing and replied quickly! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing! We went with our kids and it was the perfect spot! With a backyard spot for the littles to enjoy and plenty of amenities for us to feel like we were right at home!

It was well maintained, clean & modern. Being a ground floor unit with a second tenant above us, was a bit of a stinger. There were two tenants through the week, one with kids running in the morning and the other female college students with heels through the evening .
