The fish is really not fresh
The fish is really not fresh. I ordered 3 red snappers at more than 60 dollars for one fish which is the most expensive fish I ever bought in my life. Not only did it not smell good but I tried to cook it for 30 min and it was rubbery and hard as a rock and nauseated me I couldn't no eat it. I threw out all the fish and they only refunded me for one fish refusing to refund the rest. I won't be ordering from the company anymore.

Dear Le, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with the red snapper did not meet your expectations. Red snapper has very lean, delicate flesh, and when cooked for too long — even by just a minute or two — the proteins tighten, squeezing out moisture and causing the texture to become dry, chewy, or rubbery. In this case, cooking for 30 minutes would unfortunately overcook the fish and result in the texture you described. As a gesture of goodwill, we went ahead and refunded one snapper, even though the texture issue was caused by overcooking, and also offered store credit for the other two. While you declined the store credit, please know this was our way of trying to make things right. We’ve sold a high volume of this product and have not received similar concerns, but we do take your comments seriously and will continue to monitor quality closely. We’re sorry to lose you as a customer and wish you all the best. All the best! Team All Fresh Seafood – Customer Support
