Everything was good and helpful.

The Instructors at Allen school are very kind and helpful. They help you understand the concepts ,and go through with you as a class. The school needs to start having tutoring section instead of lying about , “of course,there’s tutoring.” Mostly students struggle and I recommend there should be enough staff that has the time to assist students after school.

My experience was a good one except for the different characters in the class it made the learning process very slow. And from what i have gathered morning classes has the most opportunities to learn different things. Reason for saying this on my internship i had a morning student with me, most of what she learnt was in the morning classes which we did not cover in the evening classes. So my advice to the students morning classes are better you more relax, fresh and not tired so are the teachers.

This school is good but it can be better. The teachers are so helpful, well educated professionals, they will be able to help you learn in a way you can understand. Some of them are Doctors with a lot of knowledge, and nurses who would train you to be your best. Unfortunately about 45% of the students are disrespectful, uneducated, rude, with a lot of cursing words on their vocabulary, they be calling you Bi*** for not reason and trying to get you into a fight just for a chair or something else, they are full of drama and hate. In my personal opinion they should be more selective about who they accept in the school. Just accept those are here to learn, and end those who come to the school to play around and be a pain in someone else back. Allen school offers a great education, all they’re employees do their best to help you in all you need, they work with your schedule, the classes are comprehensive which means they teach you a lot in a short period of time. It depends on you, if you come here to learn and focus your energy on it, you would get out of here with a wonderful experience a lot of knowledge, and very proud of yourself for all the things you would learn and archived, otherwise is on you. The administration is good, they do make you feel welcome. They get you 3 months of internship, so you can applied your knowledge and learn more outside of the school, but they do not provide a good school experience whatsoever, because all the people who are here just to waste their time. Personally I consider myself a well educated person, who respect everyone and everything around me, that’s how my mother raised me, and I betrayed her by disrespect anyone for not reason. The school overall deserves 5 stars, the only reason I give them 3 is because they do need to be more selective and careful of who they allow to be there, we all deserve the chance to learn, but we also diserve a respectful environment. I appreciate the fact that the school offer me a good training, I learn so much and I am really grateful for the teachers and all the personal that works at Allen School 🙌🏼

The school just needs updates.. the Jamaica campus...the bathrooms are small and only 2/3 stalls work...they have old equipment..the education is good but the overall setting just needs to be updated.

I feel as if the school should be more organized. The Allen school has a great name that’s been going on for generations but the way the staff is running things needs to change. From October 2017 to April 2018 while attending the school, there was bullying going on that never got stopped. A lot of rules that got broken, violations that should have got some people kicked out but nothing happened.

Honestly Allen School Of Health Sciences is an amazing school because of some of the instructors, they care for us but there’s also instructors that will yell at like when you’re wrong or they disagree. Allen School of Health Sciences is some what professional but also some what “ratchet” there’s favoritism and there’s a lot of money being spent on a school that has leaks, mold, bathrooms out of order as well as bathrooms having to be closed due to “staff only” if i didn’t have two more months left and i didn’t want to reach my goal and become a medical assistant i would have never came to Allen School of Health Sciences. Especially the expenses, the book they can be bought online on a kindle app for $80 as a PDF or a rented book.

Sometimes it is difficult to study for those who come from abroad like me. I think 🤔 need to encourage students to do group study and helping to each other
