Contract not honored…
Signed a contract with All Energy Solar to install my panels in 90 days. It took 349 days to get our system installed. If AES had completed the contract on time, or even within 180 days, I would probably writing a rave review. The panels work great. The installers were very professional. Our project took so long because of a mistake by the project manager, AES has responded to one of my previous reviews by saying that were sorry it took so long and that I was given a discount because of it, They asked if there was anything they could do for me. The discount given, $4275, meant that with the loss of the federal tax credit, my system would cost $10521 more than they told me, Is there anything you can do for me? Yes, though it's not for me but for all your potential customers out there. When you sign a contract, HONOR IT. If your project manager makes a mistake, take responsibility for it rather than pass the cost on to your customers. $10521 might be pocket change to a big company, but to a retiree on a fixed income, it's a major burden.
