Good car things

Please remove this review. This is the wrong company. We are an online car marketplace (https://allcars.com/) and we believe this review is for (https://allcarsfix.com/products/the-pen).

Easy to work with. Jim is a great guy. Process took about 2 weeks. We had some hiccups with my bank placing a hold on the check. My only recommendation is to offer clients a wire transfer option, certified check, or an online funding option which Jim did mention they were working on. My bank placing the hold was not AllCars fault, but did delay the process a bit unnecessarily.

Had no issue with Jim directly. The purchase price for my 2019 Ford Escape was more than fair. There was a delay picking up the car but that was definitely a carrier issue(scheduling and communication). Jim did jump in trying to resolve the carrier issue.

They bought my car. The check was good. They sent an inspector out to me to look at the car which was convenient.
