Never got my order
Never got my order. Was told that it got lost and that a second one was going to be sent rush delivery and nothing ever came of that either.

Hello. I am very sorry that it happened this way, but the postal service lost your package twice. When we found out about this, we immediately refunded you the money for this order in full!! I apologize for this unfortunate inconvenience, but if such an error occurs, you need to check whether the specified address is correct or contact the post office with a question as to why this could happen. Your packages were tracked to the last point, to your post office in your city, and then disappeared. From our side, we have done everything possible to always be in touch with you and resolve this situation. But the best solution to this problem was a refund.
