However, please note that during the order placement, we do have separate fields for both the billing and shipping addresses to accommodate such situations. Despite the discrepancy in the addresses, our customer service team made every effort to coordinate with our logistics department in order to request a change in the shipping address. Regrettably, due to the timing of your request, the shipment had already left our warehouse, and we were unable to make any modifications to the delivery address.
