My experience was very good over all. My particular order ended up taking longer than what was initially communicated, though at my request they upgraded me to the expedited shipping which helped make up for a few days. They were very good in responding to any questions I had regarding the product and I was pleased with the experience. The product itself (a granite firepit) was packed VERY carefully and arrived in perfect condition.

We just love our new Savannah Fire Table we bought from Backyard Fun. Ordering was easy with the help from the customer service rep, delivery was on time and everything was in excellent working condition. I saw the Savannah fire table on the website and loved the look. There is also a video of the elegance Oriflame burner so I could see what it would actually look like when lit. It looks great on our new deck and really puts out the heat so we will now be able to enjoy our deck all year long. You can't go wrong ordering from Backyard Fun.

We purchased a fire pit and use it as often as we can. We love sitting out on our new patio with our new fire pit and watch the flames make different designs and unique colors. Just beautiful!

Our new fire pit matches our patio pavers perfectly, and compliments this area very nicely. The 65,000 btu's puts out a lot of heat, keeping everyone good and warm on those cool autumn nights. We ran the fire pit wide open for roughly 10-13 hours, (2 nights in a row) and we ran out of propane! This was our only complaint, wishing the propane would have lasted longer.

I was in need of a special sized fire pit table. They were a huge help to contact the manufacturer to get exactly what was needed. I received the table the very next week. I would highly recommend All Backyard Fun!
